Thanks for shopping with us! Every piece is made to order, which means less waste and more love in every item. Here’s everything you need to know about how and when your gear gets to you:
Processing Time: We typically don’t mass-produce — your order is made just for you.
Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.
Estimated Shipping Times:
Once it ships, here’s how long it typically takes to arrive:

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.
We offer FREE shipping on all U.S. orders over $75!
Tracking Orders: Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking info so you can follow it all the way to your door.
International Orders: We proudly ship worldwide!
Please note: Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and may be charged upon delivery depending on your country’s laws.
Delays and Delivery Issues: We do our best to get your order out quickly, but shipping times can be affected by things like holidays, extreme weather, or carrier delays. Once your package leaves our hands, we’re not responsible for delays.
Wrong Address? Please double-check your address at checkout!
We can’t replace orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost/Stolen Packages: If your tracking info says “delivered” but you don’t see your package, please check with your local carrier or neighbors. Unfortunately, we’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they’ve been marked delivered — but we’ll do what we can to help if something goes wrong.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you wear — but we get it, sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
All sales are made to order: Because every item is custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for things like:

Preference differences (color, fit, etc.)
We encourage you to double-check your sizing before ordering — feel free to reach out if you need help!
Wrong, Damaged or defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered — don’t worry. We’ve got you.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A photo of the item and issue

A short description of what went wrong
We’ll review and, if eligible, send a replacement or issue a refund — no extra cost to you.
Unauthorized Returns: We cannot accept returns sent without contacting us first. If a return is sent without approval, it may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
